His extensive knowledge and passion coupled with a go-getter attitude propelled him to establish Brainstorm Infotech at a time when the world was hit hard by the recession. His vision and a detailed roadmap rooted firmly in values like transparency, commitment, flexibility, and honesty have taken him places in his professional journey. With 20+ years of experience in the industry, Santosh is an expert in providing end-to-end solutions in the structural steel detailing services and is a force to reckon with in the industry.

Srividhya S

A degree in Civil Engineering does little justice to the role played by Srividhya as a Partner in Brainstorm Infotech. Her zeal to do better has shouldered the company’s growth over the years and has earned the trust from many clients. Her ability to handle teams seamlessly, maintain a thriving client relationship, and excel in operational activities is only an extension of her unmatched skillsets in the steel detailing industry. She comes with a highly recognizable experience of 15+ years in the industry in various roles. Srividhya is a true leader with a vision for expansion and an eye for detail.

Venkataraman S

Venkat heads our Sales and Marketing team. A highly accomplished professional with over 26+ years of experience in sales and marketing in building construction products and Industrial segment. Keen strategist with expertise in managing Profit centre operations, Business development and Sales.

Deft in scaling up business and enhancing the value of operating business units through process improvements focused on sales & best practice identification and implementation. He has a Bachelors degree in Industrial Production and a Masters in Marketing Management

Madan Malali

With a background in Civil Engineering, Madan worked briefly as a Site Engineer before moving on to work as a Detailing Engineer. He has been an integral team member since the inception of the company. With his unparalleled zest and passion for work, he has been delivering projects with extreme accuracy and detail for the past 11 years. Madan mainly handles structural projects with a high-performing team who have expertise in handling industrial, commercial, and residential projects.

Anitha M

With 13+ years of experience in the industry and by being associated with the company from the beginning, Anitha’s contributions to the growth of the company have been invaluable. Being a competent member of the Brainstorm team, she now handles a multitude of industrial, commercial, and residential projects with several highly skilled members in her team.

Shivalingayya M H

Shivalingayya joined Brainstorm in 2010 with the experience of a Detailing Engineer for about 3 years. His expertise in delivering diverse miscellaneous projects involves stairs, ladders, dumpster gates, bollards, vanity supports, ramp rails, pit grating with frames, ship ladders, etc. Architectural Miscellaneous detailing being his forte, he manages an industrious team who primarily focus on architectural miscellaneous projects.

Jothi Basu P D

Jothibasu brings to the table his experience of working with reputed firms before joining Brainstorm in its early years. He has worked on numerous projects and manages a team that consistently delivers quality services.

Aswin Balakrishnan

Aswin is our youngest manager who handles one of the biggest teams in Brainstorm Infotech, the Drafting team. They work on shop drawings, editing, and checking for projects of all categories and standards. Being highly competent, he took on the role of managing a team early in his career, and has been rightly justifying it.

Tharuman

Tharuman is one of our youngest project managers and along with his team is responsible for executing projects with one of our largest clients. He had completed his Bachelors in C.E. and has a total experience of 8 yrs in the Construction Industry. His core specialization is into Structural Steel Detailing for last 7 yrs. He is extremely desciplined in executing his work and passionatelyleads his team.
